Return & Exchange

Need to return or exchange an item from your order? Not a problem!

At DOVEYSCARF, we offer our customer to return or exchange their purchases within 5 days upon purchase, if 5 days have passed upon purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind

Eligibility for Return and Exchanges
  1. Items must be purchased directly from the doveyscarf's website or authorized agents (if any).
  2. We accept returns within 5 days from the date you received your parcel.
  3. Items must be in new condition, unused, unworn, unwash, unaltered and in their original packaging to qualify.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
  6. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
Return and Exchanges Process
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
  1. Send us an email at hello.snstyle@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any included accessories.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  5. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  6. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
Exempt Goods (Non-Returnable Items)
The following are exempt from refunds:
  1. Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
  2. Item that has been washed, altered (shorten / hemmed) and ironed
  3. Item that has stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc
  4. Item defected caused by customer
  5. Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
  6. Exceed 5 days from the date of received item
  7. Item with no price tag or label
  8. Perishable goods, such as food items or products with a limited shelf life.
  9. Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  10. Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
*Please note that shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).
