Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts in 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase for all non final sale items, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
Return is only applicable under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer.
Please Note: All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Non-Return & Refund Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.Â
- Change of mind (we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at hello.snstyle@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Once your request & return are received and inspected, we will notify you via email and update the status of your refund. The process will takes within a certain amount of days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost (for defective or incorrect items).
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
